A female student of the University of Port Harcourt identified as Nancy Ekeh, has shared graphic photos on Facebook alleging that her room-mate slashed her face with a razor blade because she is more beautiful than her. She wrote; “I am a student of UNIPORT by name Nancy Ekeh, 200 Level studying philosophy… My roomate Okoija Reva used razor blade to tear my face because I am more beautiful than her.   A 25-year-old man identified as Olusola Simeon, has been arraigned and convicted by a Magistrate court sitting in Osogbo, the Osun State capital for beating and inflicting injuries on his girlfriend, Fadunsi Alaba.   Simeon admitted guilty of the crime of assault, levelled against him by the police when he was arraigned on Tuesday. The Prosecutor, Jafani Muslim, told the court that the convict committed the offence of assault on July 2, 2018 at about 9.15 pm at Agowande Area, Osogbo. He said the convict inflicted injuries in his girlfriend of about six years, thus committed a crime that contravened section 355 of the criminal Code Cap 34 Vol 11, Laws of Osun State, 2003. The victim, Alaba, was said to have gone to the convict’s house with intention of living with him after six years of dating.   A woman was rescued from being lynched by an angry mob after she was nabbed for stealing a new born baby in Rivers state. It was gathered that the woman was caught red handed after hiding the one day old  baby  inside her handbag and almost fled the area before she was apprehended behind steel village in Port-Harcourt, the state capital. The woman was almost mobbed by the angry crowd which converged at the scene after an alarm was raised. The suspected child thief was intercepted by Federal highway police officers who rescued her from the crowd and whisked her away to the station for further investigation. Watch the video below. According to several reports online, the pregnant woman went into labour in the market and gave birth to a lizard after 2 years of pregnancy.   Nigerian girl has left many people baffled after admitting that she has slept with 2788 men while narrating the story of her life. A video of her is already trending on social media with terrible backlash from social media users. However, it is not all what it seems it is. The woman identified as Ifediba Oluchi Anne might have played on the intelligence of many by deceiving them with the video which she later clarified in a long post on her website that although she has slept with a good number of men, but it was not up to 2788. A first look at the video might sound controversial as she gave no hint that what she said was actually fictional. Many people have attacked her for using such a cheap means to get attention and traffic to her blog. A number of people have attacked her on social media calling her different names and cursing the hell out of her life.

  Residents of the Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsea had a disturbing night, because of a couple one Mr John Udoka 45, and his Wife Mrs Sarah Udoka 37. The Man was reported to have beaten up the wife to pulp because she took more than one meat from the soup pot as they eat in the evening, he said he had told her to remain one meat for the next morning, on going there to check he discovered that the meat was not there, and she denied eating it.
